超前部署保護員工健康 安聯人壽啟動異地辦公及居家輪流上班 力求服務不中斷

新冠肺炎疫情快速變化，安聯人壽響應「洗手舞」風潮，大跳「內外夾弓大立腕」街舞！為了宣導勤洗手的正確防疫觀念，曾連續 2 年獲得「HR Asia 最佳企業雇主獎」的安聯人壽邀請公司主管拍攝勤洗手宣導影片，並設計互動遊戲、小獎勵，號召員工一起拍攝及分享「洗手舞」影片，以軟性宣導配合數位行動的方式凝聚員工向心力，並舒緩逾 2 個月的抗疫緊張分圍。防疫期間，安聯人壽也發放「防疫暖心包」予員工及業務同仁，且取消超級業務員的「大地飛鷹」獎勵旅遊，自行吸收所有預付的費用及違約金等相關成本，將獎金全數轉發予業務同仁，超前部署保護內外勤員工健康：此外，也於 3 月初陸續啟動異地辦公備援計畫以及員工輪流居家上班，雙軌並行，確保各項業務持續正常運作，防止保戶服務受到疫情波及造成營運中斷。

異地辦公確保保戶服務不中斷！安聯人壽一向重視營運持續管理，平日即已建置完整的「營運持續計畫（BCM）」機制，並定期進行必要檢視及演練，其中包括完整的異地辦公應變措施，此次因應新冠肺炎疫情變化，為了確保不影響保戶服務，安聯人壽早在 3 月起便啟動人員區隔與備援辦公機制，首波是資訊、投資及財務等部門，確保相關投保、保戶資訊不會出問題，其他所有部門則是 4 月 1 日開始，幾乎全數分兩地辦公，除了信義區安聯人壽總部外，敦化北路安聯人壽北區部大樓亦是另一棟異地辦公區；4 月中開始則進一步視業務性質，啟動員工輪流居家上班，採行居家辦公及異地分流工作雙軌並行的方式，以備緊急狀況出現時，有備援人手，部門不至於因為疫情擴散或人員隔離而無法運作、影響保戶服務，並減低群聚感人風險。
