政治、社運人士帳號被停權　何志偉呼籲臉書出面說明

劉建國受訪表示，他的臉書被停權了數個小時，請助理發信給臉書後，才又恢復正常。一個綠營支持者「掀馬統」的帳號，上周也一度被停權。

同樣被停權數小時的何宗勳表示，他在臉書是用完整真實姓名，沒有假冒任何人或任何事物，亦無設立任何代表知名人物、寵物、想法或無生命的物體的個人檔案，更沒有把臉書用來當作垃圾郵件或騷擾他人的個人檔案，他不知被停權的原因。

被停權的當下，何宗勳為了瞭解停用原因，但在臉書的相關鏈結中，找不到任何可以知道為何被停權的鏈結。他擔憂在臉書耕耘幾年的資料與開設社群就這樣無故消失，對他的工作與人際交際產生不便影響。

何宗勳批評說，這樣的平台罔顧使用者權益是非常不可取，在找不到任何可以向臉書投訴平台，他當下被迫展開自力救濟，先發布公民新聞，並要求臉書儘快給予明確回覆。

何志偉聞訊後表示，臉書提供國際化網路社群服務，讓每個人去分享、表達自己，應負起公眾、企業責任，讓每個人可以透過這平台，表達自己的看法、思想、信仰，但近來卻有很多國內外政治和社運工作者被停權；他強調，「臉書沒有權力去壓迫個人的言論自由」。

何志偉說，臉書有義務出面澄清此事，告訴被停權的使用者，是哪裡違法、違反了什麼使用規定與原則。他也將在明天向臉書發出聲明，呼籲臉書不該與政治妥協，讓自己變成最大的邪惡侵權者。

據了解，臉書設有檢舉機制，當個人或社團受到不當攻擊，或接獲濫發的廣告與垃圾信、發現侵權等非法行為，都可以向臉書提出檢舉。

To whom it may concern,"Going public is an important milestone in our history," Zuckerberg said, therefore, the company itself certainly has public responsibilities for public welfare.

Not for a long-time, but Facebook has becoming a global community for a person to share and express oneself, which including personal perspectives regarding to public affairs, and political status for one to believe in.

Recently, numbers of political workers had been disabled from their own accounts, all the informations are telling us that Facebook has no such rights to disable a person s freedom of speech, and even if there are conflicts, Facebook should clarify and justify to public if there is anything violated Facebook s"Statement of Rights and Responsibilities".

Most importantly, we wish there is no such evil political pressure from centralized governments for Facebook to compromise with and suppress different voices.

According to my knowledge, Facebook"strive to respect local laws", yet, the common understanding on Human Rights - the freedom of speech is the most fundamental rights we all ought to respect.
