中金公司宣布任命畢明建為中金公司總裁

中金公司今天宣布，根據中金公司董事會決議，董事會聘請畢明建先生為中金公司總裁及管理委員會主席。即日起，畢明建先生將臨時代為履行中金公司總裁及管理委員會主席職務，直至監管機構核准其總裁任職資格之日。同時，林壽康先生不再代為履行公司總裁及管理委員會主席職務，仍將作為運營總監服務公司。

畢明建先生曾參與中金公司的組建，並作為首批員工服務公司十余年，為公司的業務發展做出了重要貢獻。畢明建先生在職期間，擔任公司副總裁、管理委員會成員、管理委員會代理主席、投資銀行部聯席負責人、聯席運營總監、高級管理顧問等職務。此外，畢明建先生在金融領域有非常廣泛的經驗，曾就職於世界銀行、中國建設銀行(行情601939,問診)、厚樸投資等金融機構。

中金公司董事會表示：“我們相信，在畢明建先生的領導下，秉承‘植根中國，融通世界’的經營宗旨，中金公司將會在全方位投資銀行業務領域中創造出更加輝煌的業績。”

CICC Announced BI Mingjian as New CEO

CICC today announced that the Board of Directors of CICC appointed Mr. BI Mingjian as CEO and Chairman of Management Committee of CICC. Effective immediately， Mr. BI Mingjian will serve as the acting CEO and Chairman of Management Committee of CICC until the Regulatory Authorities approved his regulatory registration. Mr. LIN Shoukang will no longer serve as the acting CEO and Chairman of Management Committee of CICC and will continue to serve CICC as the COO.

Mr. BI Mingjian participated in the founding of CICC， was among CICC’s first group of employees， and served the Company for over a decade. He made critical contribution to CICC’s business development and platform building. During his career in CICC， Mr. BI served as Deputy CEO， Member of CICC Management Committee， Acting Chairman of Management Committee， Co-head of Investment Banking， Co-COO， and senior advisor. Mr. BI has rich experiences in the financial industry and worked for various financial institutions including the World Bank， China Construction Bank and HOPU Investments.
