英偉達宣布以 35 億美元認購聯發科可轉換債券。交易的技術核心是將 NVLink Fusion 互連協議和新發布的 NVHBM 技術嵌入聯發科的資料中心晶片設計。聯發科正在建設定製 ASIC 業務，預計 2026 年該業務收入達 20 億美元。

3｜FTC Files Lawsuit Against Amazon for "Secret Ad Fee," EU Designates ChatGPT as Super-Large Online Search Engine on Same Day

The FTC, along with 22 states, filed a lawsuit against Amazon, alleging that since 2019, it has used "fictitious bidding participants" in ad auctions to drive up prices, potentially overcharging more than 1 million merchants by over $20 billion over a seven-year period. Amazon stated that the lawsuit "fundamentally misunderstands how advertising works for sellers."

On the same day, the European Commission designated ChatGPT as a "very large online search engine" (VLOSE) under the Digital Services Act, making it the world"s first AI chatbot to be classified as such. Reddit and Roblox were also listed as super-large online platforms. All three entities must comply with obligations for systemic risk assessment and content moderation within four months.

The U.S. is tackling platform pricing from an antitrust perspective, while the EU is regulating AI services from a content moderation standpoint. The two paths differ, but the direction is the same: platforms that have grown up in a lightly regulated environment are running into structural oversight.
