金色財經報導，Web3技術公司Parameter宣布與基於NFT的web3公司BitBlue簽署業務協議（MOU），將建立知識產權（IP）和代幣證券（ST）平台。Parameter提供基於其服務「ParameterS」構建代幣證券平台所需的技術。
