(KONG) 5.94 : KongZhong宣佈與Wargaming.net簽訂一系列協議，將建立策略結盟關係，涵蓋中國市場所有Wargaming.net現在與未來遊戲，包括World of Tanks、 World of Warplanes與World of Battleships。

KONG董事會通過最多發行500萬股美國存託股票(ADS)給Wargaming.net，每股ADS執行價為5.94美元。
