Westport Innovations 收購OMVL of Italy

(WPRT) 15.66 : Westport Innovations宣布，已經收購100%OMVL的在外流通股票，與OMVL持有51%的Juniper Engines股票，收購價為1900萬歐元(2340萬美元)；Westport將分兩期支付收購價。
