China Automotive出售Zhejiang傳動幫浦事業股權

(CAAS) 3.89 : China Automotive宣佈，旗下子公司Great Genesis Holdings簽訂協議，將出售Zhejiang Henglong & Vie Pump-Manu股權給Zhejiang Vie Group Great Genesis在浙江省的合資企業夥伴。

根據協議，Great Genesis將以5200萬元人民幣出售51%的Zhejiang股權給Vie Group，較2012年5月20日4200萬元人民幣淨值高出24%。
