中國金石公布，知悉昨日股價及成交量的不尋常波動，並澄清英文通告不慎遺漏「no」一字。

董事會注意到英文版陳述：

「The Board confirms that there are negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under rule 13.23 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited（the ‘‘ Listing Rules’’）」

董事會謹此澄清，英文版不慎遺漏「no」一字，正確應為：

「The Board confirms that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under rule 13.23 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited（the ‘‘ Listing Rules’’）」

董事會注意到上述遺漏乃排字上出現無心之失。董事會確認上述澄清並不影響中文版或該公佈所載的其他資料。
