Angel Telecom宣布收購Vivaro資產

美國商業資訊瑞士巴爾25日訊 -- angel telecom corporation(nasdaq:aglt)宣布，next angel llc于2013年2月8日收購vivaro corporation(因破產而出售)的幾乎全部資產及其部分附屬公司。

next angel llc是angel telecom(angel)、next communications, inc。和marcatel telecommunications, llc的合資企業。angel擁有next angel 42.5%的股份。
