【個股信息】民生國際(00938-HK)主席可能「買賣」股份，股價升近一成

民生國際今早復牌，昨晚發出通告，指主席就可能收購公司股份進行討論。惟接近公司相關人士剛指出，意思應為就可能「買賣」股份進行討論。股價升近一成，現報0.52元，升10.64%。

原文為：董事會獲得鄭松興先生（「鄭先生」，本公司主席、非執行董事及控股股東）通知，鄭先生曾就可能收購本公司股份與若干其他方進行初步討論，惟此討論可能會或不會促成對本公司股份作出強制性無條件現金要約。

The Board was informed by Mr. Cheng Chung Hing (“Mr. Cheng”), the Chairman, a nonexecutive director and controlling shareholder of the Company, that while preliminary discussions have had taken place between himself and certain other parties in relation to a possible acquisition of the shares of the Company, it may or may not lead to the making of an mandatory unconditional cash offer for the shares of the Company.
