(STRL) 9.98 : Sterling Construction宣佈，2012年12月31日提早執行2009年12月簽署的選擇權，以2,310萬美元買下Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction剩餘的20%股權；Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction本為旗下Ralph L. Wadsworth子公司。
