Rogers Comms將收購theScore Television Network

(RCI) 40.44 : Rogers Comms宣佈，將收購theScore Medi所有在外流通股票，將成為旗下theScore電視網路資產，收購theScore Media的交易不包括數位媒體事業，包括theScore.com網站與行動應用軟體。
