透過全新的 ProActive Lifecycle Management 雲端化服務應用，Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise 的業務夥伴和客戶都能透過單一且安全的入口網站，查看運行於客戶網路的 Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise 交換器與控制器。

運作方式
ProActive Lifecycle Management（PALM）與 Alcatel-Lucent OmniVista(R) 2500 Network Management System 搭配運作。業務夥伴及 / 或客戶只需點按一下，就能透過雲端安全地取得網路的全貌，搜集設備型號、序號和 MAC 位址， 以及 Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise 區域網路和無線網路產品的作業系統版本。無論軟硬體，這些細節資訊都會與產品生命週期連動，並涵蓋保固與授權狀態。PALM 是選用功能，可透過運行於客戶網路的 OmniVista 2500 啟用，將 ALE 網路設備資訊推送到 ALE 安全的雲端化基礎架構。啟用後，只有維護及支援相關的資訊會透過 HTTPS 協定安全傳輸至 ALE 基礎架構，絕不會回傳客戶相關的細節資訊如 IP 位址或傳輸量。

業務夥伴可簡化客戶的支援作業，透過這些自動化工具來確保作業系統的最新版本狀態、根據既有服務合約主動提供支援，有效地降低風險，取代目前耗時費力的人工作業型態。客戶可透過易於使用的介面，快速找出哪些設備或服務需要更新及 / 或升級，大幅簡化網路基礎架構預算的規劃。
